Step 1: Physical Consultation
You will have a physical examination with someone from our medical team. This will aid in determining the proper diagnosis and developing the best treatment plan.
Step 2: In-Body (Advanced Analysis)
We will use the In-Body 570 body composition analyzer to do a body composition analysis. This will measure fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, values. This is important to help understand a patient’s fluid distribution in a medical, wellness, or fitness context.
Step 3: Metabolic Assessment
Our Metabolic tests will measure the rate your body burns calories and uses oxygen. This is done during rest or during different activities.
– Resting Metabolic Rate Test (RMR) This measurement is made by analyzing the amount of oxygen your body uses and the amount of carbon dioxide your body produces.
– An Active Metabolic Test finds the body’s maximum ability to consume oxygen, an indication of physical fitness.
Step 4: Diagnostic Testing (EKG/Stress Test)
We will use a diagnostic test to gather information to make a clinical decision. This test will measure your heart’s electrical activity. It is a noninvasive test that can measure many aspects. For example, how fast the heart beats to how well its chambers conduct electrical energy. Provided based on medical history.
Step 5: Allergy Testing (Environmental, Airborne, Foods)
Our medical professionals will perform an allergy test to determine if your body has an allergic reaction to any known substance. This test can be done in one of the following ways: blood test, a skin test, or an elimination diet. Our team of professionals will help educate you on the overall results. Obesity contributes to allergies, particularly food allergies, leading to systemic inflammation commonly experienced by overweight individuals.
There are three primary types of allergens:
– Inhaled allergens affect the body when they come in contact with the lungs or membranes of the nostrils or throat. Pollen is the most common inhaled allergen.
– Ingested allergens are present in certain foods, such as peanuts, soy, and seafood.
– Contact allergens must come in contact with your skin to produce a reaction. An example of a reaction from a contact allergen is the rash and itching caused by poison ivy.
Step 6: Food Sensitivity Testing
This testing will give our professional healthcare team a tool to help manage conditions linked to inflammation and chronic activation of the immune system. This test will also measure individual responses to foods and other substances at the cellular level, while revealing possible underlying triggers based on certain symptoms.
Step 7: Comprehensive Blood Panel
This test is also known as a (CMP) comprehensive metabolic panel. Frequently it is a panel of 14 tests that gives our medical team important information about the current status of your metabolism, including the health of your kidneys and liver, electrolyte and acid/base balance as well as levels of blood glucose and blood proteins.
The CMP includes the following tests:
– Total Protein
– CO2 (carbon dioxide, bicarbonate)
– BUN (blood urea nitrogen)
– ALP (alkaline phosphatase)
– ALT (alanine amino transferase, also called SGPT)
– AST (aspartate amino transferase, also called SGOT)
Step 8: Nutritional Consultation
Our Nutritional Consultation typically lasts 45 min – 1 hour. Our team of medical professionals will discuss current eating habits, challenges you face regarding food choices, health and lifestyle, medical history and current medications, and what your motivation is to do this program now. Once the team determines personal caloric needs and macronutrient breakdown, personal nutrition, and weight goals then we can look at the overall length of the program. Our nutritionist is here to support you throughout the program.

Step 9: Sexual Dysfunction Consultation
Obesity/Overweight lead to sexual dysfunction associated with hormone imbalances. Our team of medical professionals will ask plenty of questions to determine if this is something that needs to be discussed further and reviewed in our Men’s Health or Women’s Health programs. Step 10: Hormone Replacement Therapy Evaluation
Obesity/Overweight lead to hormone imbalance. Our team of medical professionals offer natural bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy is a way to replace the hormones men and women lose over the course of their lives. Each patient’s symptoms are different, so is each patient’s path to hormone replacement. Patients report most symptoms have a resolution in as little as two to four weeks, but full replacement may take up to six months. The experience will be designed to fit everyone’s specific needs.
Step 10: Diabetic Screening
Our team of medical professionals will discuss your medical history and family history to determine which test may suet you the best.
– The fasting plasma glucose test.
– The oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT)
Step 11: Aesthetics Consultation (Visia Face Scanner)
Our team of professional estheticians will perform a face scan with a VISIA® Complexion Analysis System. This machine delivers a significantly improved experience for aesthetic and skin care consultations. With updated software, it allows for faster image capturing. It measures spots, wrinkles, skin texture, pores, UV spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins. Once the scan
